SKINDERMA Adipolift+ 5 x 10ml is an innovative minimally invasive lipolytic mesotherapy solution designed for targeted fat and volume reduction. Unlike surgical fat removal procedures, Adipolift+ offers a safer, more comfortable, and efficient alternative with no recovery time — making it an ideal choice for professional body contouring protocols targeting localized fat deposits, lymphatic stasis, and metabolic sluggishness in adipose tissue.

Key Benefits

  • Targeted lipolytic action for localized fat reduction
  • Visibly reduces fat deposits and body volume
  • Activates lymphatic drainage and boosts local metabolism
  • Reduces fibrous connective tissue resistance in cellulite and fat deposits
  • Minimally invasive with no surgical recovery period
  • Safer and more comfortable alternative to surgical fat removal

Active Ingredients

  • Lecithin (Phosphatidylcholine) — a naturally occurring phospholipid and the primary active driver of lipolytic action in this formula. Lecithin’s active component, phosphatidylcholine (PC), acts as a detergent-like emulsifier that disrupts and solubilizes the phospholipid bilayer of adipocyte cell membranes, causing cell membrane destabilization and facilitating the release of stored triglycerides into the surrounding tissue for metabolic clearance. This mechanism — adipocyte membrane emulsification — is the same principle underlying phosphatidylcholine-based fat dissolution treatments widely used in aesthetic medicine. Applied in mesotherapy protocols, Lecithin creates a targeted lipolytic effect in the treated adipose tissue, reducing fat cell volume and local fat deposits without the trauma of surgical intervention. Lecithin is particularly effective for soft, non-fibrotic localized fat deposits such as the abdomen, flanks, inner thighs, and submental area.
  • Bromelain — a complex of proteolytic (protein-digesting) enzymes derived from the stem of the pineapple plant (Ananas comosus). In body contouring and lipolytic protocols, Bromelain contributes through three complementary mechanisms: first, its proteolytic activity breaks down fibrous protein structures — including the collagen septae and fibrin deposits that create the hardened, resistant texture of fibrotic cellulite and compact fat deposits, making the tissue more permeable and responsive to lipolytic treatment; second, Bromelain has well-documented anti-inflammatory properties, inhibiting pro-inflammatory prostaglandin synthesis and reducing the tissue edema and inflammation associated with both cellulite and post-procedure recovery; and third, Bromelain stimulates lymphatic drainage by breaking down fibrin and protein aggregates that block lymphatic vessels — improving the clearance of metabolic waste, released fatty acids, and inflammatory mediators from the treated area.
  • Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) — an essential water-soluble vitamin that is a precursor to two critical coenzymes: Flavin Adenine Dinucleotide (FAD) and Flavin Mononucleotide (FMN). Both FAD and FMN are indispensable electron carriers in mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation and beta-oxidation — the primary cellular pathway for fatty acid metabolism. In the context of lipolytic mesotherapy, Riboflavin supports the metabolic capacity of cells to oxidize and clear the free fatty acids released from adipocytes following the lipolytic action of Lecithin, enhancing the overall efficiency of fat clearance from the treated tissue and supporting cellular energy production throughout the treatment process.

How does Adipolift+ reduce localized fat without surgery? Adipolift+ uses Lecithin (Phosphatidylcholine) to emulsify and destabilize adipocyte cell membranes, releasing stored triglycerides for metabolic clearance — achieving lipolysis without surgical incision or downtime. Bromelain breaks down the fibrous protein structures that make fat deposits resistant to treatment and stimulates lymphatic drainage to clear released fatty acids and inflammatory debris. Riboflavin then supports the mitochondrial beta-oxidation of those released fatty acids, enhancing the body’s ability to metabolically clear the fat from the treated area.

What is the difference between Adipolift+ and Deoxycholic acid (Sodium Deoxycholate) for fat reduction? Both target adipocyte membranes, but through different mechanisms and with different intensity profiles. Sodium Deoxycholate is a cytolytic bile acid that permanently destroys the adipocyte membrane — a more aggressive approach producing permanent fat cell elimination. Lecithin-based Adipolift+ emulsifies and destabilizes the membrane more gently, reducing fat cell volume and promoting triglyceride release without necessarily destroying the cell entirely. Adipolift+ is generally better tolerated, produces less post-treatment inflammation, and is suited to more diffuse or moderate fat reduction protocols, while Deoxycholate is reserved for more aggressive permanent fat elimination in specific anatomical zones.

What role does Bromelain play in treating cellulite and fibrotic fat? Fibrotic cellulite and compact fat deposits are characterized by fibrous collagen septae and fibrin protein aggregates that create resistance to lipolytic treatment and block lymphatic flow. Bromelain’s proteolytic enzymes break down these fibrous structures, making the tissue more permeable to Lecithin’s lipolytic action, reducing the structural rigidity that causes the dimpled appearance of cellulite, and unblocking lymphatic vessels to improve drainage and metabolic waste clearance. This makes Adipolift+ particularly effective for mixed presentations of fat and cellulite.

Who is this product for? SKINDERMA Adipolift+ is formulated for licensed aesthetic practitioners, dermatologists, and body contouring specialists performing professional lipolytic mesotherapy protocols.
